RPM International today announced at its annual meeting of stockholders that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable on October 31, 2016, to stockholders of record as of October 17, 2016. This payment represents a 9.1 percent increase over the $0.275 quarterly cash dividend paid at this time last year. This action marks RPM's 43rd consecutive year of increased cash dividends paid to its stockholders, which places RPM in an elite category of less than half of 1 percent of all 19,000 publicly traded U.S. companies. Only 44 other companies, besides RPM, have consecutively paid an increasing annual dividend for this period of time or longer, according to the 2016 summer edition of the Mergent Handbook of Dividend Achievers. At a share price of $50.00, RPM's dividend yield would be 2.4 percent.

ConocoPhillips today announced a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share, payable Dec. 1, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 17, 2016.

The board of directors of Phillips 66 has declared a quarterly dividend of 63 cents per share on Phillips 66 common stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 1, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 17, 2016.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share for the third quarter ending September 30, 2016. A cash dividend of $0.325 per share will be payable on November 15, 2016 to holders of record on October 31, 2016. Since becoming a public company in May 1993, the company has paid a cash dividend each quarter and has increased its dividend each year.

The Board of Directors of Zoetis has declared a fourth quarter 2016 dividend payable to holders of the company's common stock of $0.095 per share. The dividend is to be paid on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, to holders of record on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016.

Sealed Air announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2016.
