W. P. Carey (NYSE:WPC) reported that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.9900 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $3.96 per share. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2017 to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2016.

Capella Education Company (CPLA) has approved a 2 cent increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.41 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on Jan. 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 22, 2016.

Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per common share to be paid on January 25, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2017.

Altria Group (NYSE:MO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.61 per common share, payable on January 10, 2017, to shareholders of record as of December 22, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 20, 2016.

General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 76 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable February 10, 2017, to shareholders of record on January 20.

The Deere & Company (NYSE:DE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.60 per share on common stock, payable February 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2016.

Hess Corporation (NYSE:HES) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share payable on the Common Stock of the Corporation on December 30, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2016.

Hasbro (NASDAQ:HAS) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.51 per common share. The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2017.
