EPR Properties (NYSE:EPR) has declared its monthly cash dividend to common shareholders. The dividend of $0.34 per common share is payable February 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2017. This dividend represents an annualized dividend of $4.08 per common share, an increase of 6.25% over prior year and the Company's seventh consecutive year with an annual dividend increase.
Southern Company announced a regular quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable March 6, 2017, to shareholders of record as of February 21, 2017.
Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ:ADP) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 57 cents per share payable April 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2017.
FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE:FE) declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable March 1, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 7, 2017.
Unum Group (NYSE:UNM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on its common stock to be paid on Feb. 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on Jan. 30, 2017.
National Retail Properties (NYSE:NNN) declared a quarterly dividend of 45.5 cents per share payable February 15, 2017 to common shareholders of record on January 31, 2017.
