Pembina Pipeline announced today that its Board of Directors declared a common share cash dividend for March 2017 of $0.16 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on April 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 25, 2017.
The Children's Place, the largest pure-play children's specialty apparel retailer in North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new $250 million share repurchase program and has increased the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.40 per share from $0.20 per share. The Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share to be paid May 1, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 10, 2017.
Amgen today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $1.15 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on June 8, 2017, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2017.
Staples announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 24, 2017.
Vector Group today announced that it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on March 30, 2017 to holders of record as of March 22, 2017.
