Ameren Corporation (NYSE:AEE) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 44 cents per share. This dividend is payable Sept. 29, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 13, 2017.
Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ:BRKR) has approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 22, 2017 to stockholders of record as of September 5, 2017.
Corporate Office Properties Trust (OFC) declared the Company's 79th consecutive Common Share of beneficial interest quarterly dividend. The third quarter 2017 dividend of $0.275 per share represents an annualized amount of $1.10 per share, and is payable on October 16, 2017 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2017.
Tupperware Brands Corporation (NYSE:TUP) declared the Company's regular quarterly dividend of 68 cents per share, payable on October 5, 2017, to shareholders of record as of September 20, 2017.
Cubic Corporation (CUB) approved a regular semiannual dividend of $0.135 cents per share, payable on September 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on September 1, 2017.
Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE:KRG) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3025 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. This distribution will be paid on or about October 13, 2017, to shareholders of record as of October 6, 2017.
