Preferred Bank (NASDAQ:PFBC) reported that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. This represents an increase of $0.02, or 10% over the previous quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on January 22, 2018 to holders of record on January 8, 2018.
ARMOUR Residential REIT (NYSE:ARR) announced the January 2018 expected cash dividend rate for the Company's Common Stock, which maintains the current monthly dividend rate of $0.19 per Common share, with a record date of January 16, 2018 and a payment date of January 29, 2018.
