EPR Properties (NYSE:EPR) has declared its monthly cash dividend to common shareholders. The dividend of $0.36 per common share is payable February 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2018. This dividend represents an annualized dividend of $4.32 per common share, an increase of nearly 6% over prior year and the Company's eighth consecutive year with an annual dividend increase.

Citigroup declared a quarterly dividend on Citigroup's common stock of $0.32 per share, payable on February 23, 2018 to stockholders of record on February 5, 2018.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share of common stock, payable February 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2018.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ:WBA) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, an increase of 6.7 percent over the year-ago period. The dividend is payable 12 March 2018 to stockholders of record as of 15 February 2018.

Discover Financial Services declared a semi-annual cash dividend on its Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, in the amount of $2,750 per share. The dividend equals $27.50 per depositary share, each representing 1/100th interest in a share of the Series C Preferred Stock. The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2018, to the holders of record at the close of business on April 13, 2018. The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock payable on March 8, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on February 22, 2018.
