The annualized dividend of Life Storage, Inc. is $4.00 per share which, based on yesterday's closing share price, equates to an annual rate of approximately 4.5%. The dividend will be paid on January 26, 2018 to Shareholders of record on January 16, 2018.
Bluegreen Vacations announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend payment of $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable January 23, 2018, to shareholders of record on the close of trading on January 16, 2018. Bluegreen's common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 17, 2017.
NexPoint Credit Strategies Fund today announced its regular monthly dividend on its common stock of $.20 per share. The dividend will be payable on Jan 31, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan 23, 2018.
Cabot Oil & Gas today announced that its Board of Directors declared a 20 percent increase in its regular quarterly dividend to six cents ($0.06) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 7, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 24, 2018.
