Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE:VMC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-eight cents per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 9, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 23, 2018.
Dover (NYSE:DOV) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share, payable on March 15, 2018 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2018.
Apache Corporation (NASDAQ:APA) has declared the regular cash dividend on the company's common shares. The dividend on common shares is payable May 22, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 23, 2018, at a rate of 25 cents per share.
CNA Financial declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share and a special dividend of $2.00 per share, payable March 14, 2018 to stockholders of record on February 26, 2018.
OFS Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:OFS) declared a special dividend of $0.37 per share. The dividend will be paid on March 29, 2018 on the shares of the Company's common stock outstanding as of the record date of March 22, 2018 and will be reported as a long-term capital gain for 2018.
