In early trading on Friday, shares of Micron Technology (NASDAQ:MU) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 4.2%. Year to date, Micron Technology registers a 12.1% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Intuit (NASDAQ:INTU), trading down 2.7%. Intuit is showing a gain of 6.1% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are DENTSPLY SIRONA (XRAY), trading down 1.3%, and Western Digital Corp (WDC), trading up 3.8% on the day.
