The Board declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $1.00 per share for the third quarter of 2018. The dividend equates to $4.00 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on October 9, 2018 to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2018.
Bunge Limited (NYSE:BG) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 3, 2018 to shareholders of record on November 19, 2018.
Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (NYSE:LPX) announced that its board of directors has approved a $0.13 per share dividend. The dividend will be paid on Aug. 31, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 17, 2018.
Mueller Industries (NYSE:MLI) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 10 cents per share. The dividend will be payable September 21, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 7, 2018.
Boise Cascade (NYSE:BCC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, as well as an additional dividend of $1.00 per share to holders of its common stock. The dividends will be paid on September 17, 2018 to stockholders of record on August 31, 2018.
Washington Prime Group (WPG) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common shares and operating partnership units. A cash dividend of $0.25 per common share and operating partnership unit was declared. The dividend is payable on September 17, 2018 to shareholders and operating partnership unit holders of record on September 4, 2018.
