PNC's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 95 cents per share. The dividend will be payable Feb. 5, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 17, 2019.
Commercial Metals Company (NYSE:CMC) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of CMC common stock. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 15, 2019. The dividend will be paid on January 30, 2019.
Bank OZK (NASDAQ:OZK) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share payable January 22, 2019 to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2019. The dividend of $0.22 per common share represents an increase of $0.01 per common share, or 4.76%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.
Mesa Laboratories (NASDAQ:MLAB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2019.
