First Savings Financial Group, the holding company for First Savings Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about March 29, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2019.

The Board of Directors of Old Republic International has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 20.00 cents per share. This dividend is payable March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 5, 2019. Subject to Board approval of each quarter's new rate, the full year's cash dividend will amount to 80 cents per share compared to 78 cents paid in 2018. This latest dividend increase marks the 38th consecutive year that Old Republic has boosted its cash dividend rate, and 2019 becomes the 78th year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments.

The board of directors of Ecolab today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per common share, to be paid April 15, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2019. Ecolab has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 82 consecutive years.

Kellogg today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.56 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on March 15, 2019, to shareowners of record at the close of business on March 5, 2019. The ex-dividend date is March 4, 2019. This is the 377th dividend that Kellogg Company has paid to owners of common stock since 1925.

The Board of Directors of Harris has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 68.5 cents per share on the common stock, payable March 22, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2019.
