MAA (NYSE:MAA) approved a quarterly dividend payment of $0.96 per share of common stock to be paid on April 30, 2019 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2019.
Lamb Weston Holdings (NYSE:LW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of Lamb Weston common stock. The dividend is payable on May 31, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2019.
Apple Hospitality REIT (NYSE:APLE) declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of April 2019. The distribution is payable on April 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2019.
Urstadt Biddle Properties declared quarterly dividends on the Company's Class A Common Stock and Common Stock. The dividends were declared in the amounts of $0.275 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.245 for each share of Common Stock. The dividends are payable April 18, 2019 to stockholders of record on April 4, 2019.
