The Agribusiness ETF (NYSE:MOO) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 204,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 32,000. Shares of MOO were off about 1.8% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Mosaic (the (NYSE:MOS), trading off about 9.2% with over 5.5 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Nutrien (NYSE:NTR), down about 3.6% on volume of over 2.1 million shares. Israel Chemicals (NYSE:ICL) is the component faring the best Tuesday, higher by about 6.1% on the day, while The Andersons (NASDAQ:ANDE) is lagging other components of the Agribusiness ETF, trading lower by about 9.8%.
