Innovative Industrial Properties (IIP) has declared a second quarter 2019 dividend of $0.60 per share of common stock, representing an approximately 33% increase over IIP's first quarter 2019 dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock, and a 140% increase over IIP's second quarter 2018 dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividends are payable on July 15, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2019.
Abbott (NYSE:ABT) declared a quarterly common dividend of 32 cents per share. This marks the 382nd consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by Abbott since 1924. The cash dividend is payable Aug. 15, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2019.
Broadcom has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $2.65 per share. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business (5:00 p.m.) Eastern Time on June 24, 2019.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) declared a quarterly dividend of forty one cents ($0.41) per share on the $.10 par value Common Stock of the corporation. The next quarterly dividend will be payable on August 1, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 5, 2019.
W. P. Carey (NYSE:WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.034 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.14 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2019.
