Conagra Brands, today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.275 per share of common stock to be paid on December 2, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 2, 2020. This represents a 29% increase over Conagra Brands' previous quarterly dividend. The new quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share is equivalent to $1.10 per share annually.
Starbucks today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 10% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend will increase from $0.41 to $0.45 per share and will be effective with the dividend payment to be distributed on November 27, 2020 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2020. This increase raises the Company's annual dividend rate to $1.80 per share. Starbucks initiated its dividend in 2010 and has increased it in each of the past 10 years.
PNC's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of $1.15 per share. The dividend will be payable Nov. 5, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business Oct. 16, 2020
American Financial Group announced that it has declared a regular dividend of $0.50 per share of American Financial Group Common Stock. The dividend is payable on October 26, 2020 to holders of record on October 15, 2020. This dividend reflects a previously-announced 11.1% increase over the annual rate in effect since the fourth quarter of 2019.
Watsco's Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.775 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock payable on October 30, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2020. Watsco has paid dividends for 46 consecutive years. The Company's philosophy is to share increasing amounts of cash flow with shareholders through higher dividends while maintaining a conservative financial position. Future dividends will be considered in light of investment opportunities, cash flow, general economic conditions and the Company's financial condition.
