The Board of Directors of Illinois Tool Works declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $1.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2020. The dividend equates to $4.56 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on Thursday, January 14, 2021, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2020.

Corteva today announced its Board of Directors has authorized a common stock dividend of 13 cents per share, payable December 15, 2020, to the Company's shareholders of record on November 13, 2020. This marks the sixth consecutive cash dividend to be paid by Corteva since becoming an independent public company on June 1, 2019.

Est—e Lauder announced today a 10% increase in the quarterly dividend on the Company's Class A and Class B Common Stock to $.53 per share, up from the previous quarterly rate of $.48 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2020.

CDW, a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per common share to be paid on December 10, 2020 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 25, 2020. This amount represents a 5.3 percent increase over last year's dividend and approximately 25 percent of the trailing-twelve-month Non-GAAP net income through September. "The fourth quarter 2020 dividend marks the seventh consecutive year of increases since our initial public offering in 2013, with the dividend growing at a compound annual growth rate of 38 percent from its initial level. The increase reflects our strong liquidity position and the cash flow generation capability of CDW's business," said Collin B. Kebo, chief financial officer, CDW.

The board of directors of Entergy has declared a quarterly dividend payment on its common stock of $0.95, an increase of $0.02 per share. The dividend is payable Dec. 1, 2020, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12, 2020.

Entergy has paid a common stock dividend to shareholders continuously since 1988.
