The Board of Directors of FirstEnergy has declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 39 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable December 1, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 5, 2021.

Mastercard today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 44 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on November 9, 2021 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of October 8, 2021.

ServisFirst Bancshares, the holding company for ServisFirst Bank, today announces: At a meeting held on September 20, 2021, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on October 8, 2021, to stockholders of record as of October 1, 2021.

The board of directors of APA has declared a regular cash dividend on the company's common shares, increasing the quarterly dividend rate to 6.25 cents per share, up from 2.5 cents per share. The dividend on APA common shares is payable Nov. 22, 2021, to stockholders of record on Oct. 22, 2021. On an annualized basis, the dividend increases to 25 cents per share, up 150% from the previous annualized level of 10 cents per share.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend to common shareholders of $1.30 per share, payable on November 9, 2021 to shareholders of record on October 22, 2021. This dividend represents a return to the Company's pre-pandemic quarterly dividend level. Additionally, the Board of Directors authorized share repurchases up to $100 million of the Company's outstanding common stock.
