Duke Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.795 per share, an increase of $0.015 per share or about 2 percent. The dividend is payable on Sept. 16, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 15, 2014.
Watsco (NYSE:WSO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 60 cents on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 31, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2014.
RPM International (NYSE:RPM) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share, payable on July 31, 2014 to stockholders of record as of July 11, 2014.
American Financial Group (NYSE:AFG) announced that it has declared a regular dividend of $0.22 per share of American Financial Group Common Stock. The dividend is payable on July 25, 2014 to holders of record on July 15, 2014.
And, EMCOR Group (NYSE:EME) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on July 28, 2014 to stockholders of record as of July 14, 2014.
