Zoetis (NYSE:ZTS) declared a fourth quarter dividend payable to holders of the company's common stock of $0.072 per share. The dividend is to be paid on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, to holders of record on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014.
Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for both Class A and Class B common stock payable on October 31, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on October 17, 2014.
IDEX CORPORATION (NYSE:IEX) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per common share. The next dividend will be paid October 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of October 16, 2014.
Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) declared a regular quarterly common share dividend of $0.39 per common share. The next quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 17, 2014 and distributed on or about November 21, 2014.
Aqua America (WTR) declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.165 per share payable on December 1, 2014, to all shareholders of record on November 14, 2014.
And, Sovran Self Storage (SSS) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share of common stock. The annualized dividend of Sovran Self Storage is $2.72 per share. The dividend will be paid on October 27, 2014 to Shareholders of record on October 14, 2014.
