Pembina Pipeline Corporation (NYSE:PBA) declared a common share cash dividend for April 2015 of $0.145 per share to be paid on May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 25, 2015.
H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL) voted to increase the Company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.12 per share of common stock to $0.13 per share of common stock. This represents an 8 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend and marks the 46th consecutive year in which the Company has increased its dividend. The dividend is payable on May 7, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 23, 2015.
Ford Motor Company declared a second quarter dividend of $0.15 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the first quarter of 2015, and is a 20 percent increase from quarterly dividends paid in 2014. The second quarter dividend is payable on June 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 1, 2015.
Alliant Energy Corporation (NASDAQ:LNT) announced that quarterly dividends on common stock were declared by the Board of Directors. The quarterly common stock dividend is $0.55 per share payable on May 15, 2015, to shareowners of record on close of business April 30, 2015.
Franklin Street Properties (AMEX:FSP) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock for the period January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015, payable on May 14, 2015 to stockholders of record as of April 24, 2015.
Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE:CLDT) has declared a monthly common share dividend of $0.10 for April 2015. The common dividend is payable May 29, 2015, to shareholders of record on April 30, 2015.
