Duke Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.795 per share, payable on June 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business May 15, 2015.

St. Jude Medical (STJ) declared a second quarter dividend of $0.29 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first quarter of 2015 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.58 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.

Keurig's Board has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2875 per share of the Company's common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on July 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2015.

Sigma-Aldrich (SIAL) conditionally approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share to shareholders of record on June 1, 2015. Payment of that dividend will be made on June 15, 2015 so long as the transaction by which Merck KGaA is to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company has not closed prior to that date.

Royal Caribbean Cruises (NYSE:RCL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share payable on June 2, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2015.

DTE Energy declared a $0.69 per share dividend on its common stock payable July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business June 15, 2015.
