Constellation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.28 per share of Class B Common Stock, payable on November 24, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 9, 2015.
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (NASDAQ:GT) has approved an increase in the company's quarterly common stock dividend to 7 cents per share from 6 cents per share. This 17 percent dividend increase represents an annual rate of 25 cents per share for 2015 and 28 cents per share for 2016.
Genesis Energy (NYSE:GEL) will pay a regular quarterly distribution of $0.64 per Common Unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The distribution will be paid on November 13, 2015, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on October 30, 2015. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 10.3% over the third quarter 2014 quarterly distribution of $0.58 per unit, and an approximate 2.4% increase over the distribution paid with respect to the second quarter of 2015.
Corning (NYSE:GLW) declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of $0.12 per share, payable on Dec. 11, 2015, to holders of record on Nov. 13, 2015.
Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE:IR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 cents per ordinary share, payable December 31, 2015, to shareholders of record on December 11, 2015.
The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) announced quarterly dividends of $0.583 on the Common Stock and $0.53 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable December 15, 2015, to stockholders of record November 25, 2015.
Unum Group (NYSE:UNM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.185 per share on its common stock to be paid on Nov. 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on Oct. 30, 2015.
Murphy Oil Corporation (NYSE:MUR) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation of $0.35 per share, or $1.40 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable December 1, 2015 to holders of record November 16, 2015.
Northwest Natural Gas Company (NYSE:NWN) has increased the quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock to 46.75 cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividends will be paid Nov. 13, 2015 to shareholders of record on Oct. 30, 2015. The Company's indicated annual dividend rate is $1.87 per share.
