Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI) has increased the regular quarterly dividend to $0.29 per share of common stock, an increase of 11.5 percent. The newly increased quarterly dividend will be paid on Jan. 5, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 11, 2015.
Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY) has approved a 3.3 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.31 per share from the current $0.30 per share. The new dividend is payable on January 22, 2016, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on January 8, 2016.
Motorola Solutions (NYSE:MSI) has increased its regular quarterly dividend by 20 percent to 41 cents per share. The next quarterly dividend will be payable in cash on Jan. 15, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 15, 2015.
Aramark (NYSE:ARMK) is increasing their regular quarterly dividend by 10%, to 9.5 cents per share of common stock. The first quarter fiscal 2016 dividend, at the increased rate, will be payable on December 19, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business November 30, 2015.
La-Z-Boy (NYSE:LZB) increased the company's regular quarterly dividend to shareholders by 25% to $0.10 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2015.
BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.18 per share of common stock, payable December 23, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2015.
Broadcom Corporation (BRCM) announced it will pay its next quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share to holders of the Company's common stock. The $0.14 dividend was declared by the Board of Directors on November 17, 2015 and will be paid on December 14, 2015 to holders of record of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock at the close of business on November 30, 2015.
Baxalta (BXLT) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be paid on January 4, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 4, 2015.
Airgas (ARG) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.60 per share, payable on December 29, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2015.
Spectrum Brands Holdings (NYSE:SPB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 17, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2015.
